Terroir : On limestone and clay vineyards in the St-Germain “lie dit” overlooking the village of Igé, on South East facing slopes.
Vinification : Fermentation in oak barrels taking about 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
Ageing : 12 months in oak barrels, with 20% new oak, from Tonnellerie de Mercurey
